We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer – Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) to join our quality team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inspecting electrical components, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring products meet customer specifications before dispatch. Experience with ERP systems, SAP, and Tally is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) of finished electrical products.
Inspect electrical components to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Verify product quality before dispatch and maintain inspection records.
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and support corrective actions.
Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams to resolve quality issues.
Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.
Update inspection data and records using ERP software.
Ensure adherence to company quality procedures and customer specifications.
Required Skills
Knowledge of electrical components and quality inspection processes.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Working knowledge of SAP and Tally.
Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in Quality, PDI, or Electrical Inspection within a manufacturing workplace.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in electrical or industrial manufacturing.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
