Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring smooth execution across all departments.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and support the preparation of competitive tender proposals.
Identify, evaluate, and participate in government tender opportunities in line with business objectives.
Prepare and submit technically compliant and commercially competitive bids within specified deadlines.
Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely and successful tender submissions.
Lead contract finalization, negotiations, and ensure compliance with contractual terms and government regulations.
Manage the complete lifecycle of awarded contracts, from mobilization to successful project closure.
Monitor contract performance, project costs, timelines,



and resource utilization to maintain targeted profit margins.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Manage contract variations, amendments, extensions, claims, and change orders as required.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, safety, and client-specific requirements throughout project execution.
Track project milestones, billing schedules, collections, and contract deliverables to ensure healthy cash flow.
Prepare periodic MIS reports, project performance reports, and management updates.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, government authorities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
