We are looking for a friendly and skilled Receptionist to join our jewellery store. The role involves welcoming customers, managing front desk operations, and handling calls and appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and strong organizational abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Schedule appointments for jewellery consultations, repairs, or custom orders.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
Assist customers with basic product information and direct them to sales staff.
Handle billing, invoices, and basic cash/card transactions if required.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth store operations.
Receive deliveries and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred).
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service representative is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
