We are looking for an experienced Pre Legal Executive to strengthen our Legal team and support land acquisition and project development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for land acquisition and project development.
Verify and scrutinize title documents, parent deeds, sale deeds, partition deeds, settlement deeds, gift deeds, and release deeds.
Examine revenue records including Patta, Chitta, Adangal, FMB Sketch, Town Survey Land Register (TSLR), and Encumbrance Certificates (EC).
Identify title defects, legal risks, encumbrances, and litigation issues, and prepare detailed due diligence reports.
Coordinate with advocates, landowners, registration offices, survey teams, and government authorities for document verification and legal compliance.
Support the legal team during land acquisition, approvals, and project launches.
Maintain and update legal records,



property documents, and due diligence trackers.
Ensure compliance with applicable property laws, registration procedures, and local regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) is preferred.
37 years of experience in pre-legal activities within the real estate, construction, or property development industry.
Robust knowledge of land acquisition processes, title verification, and property documentation.
Familiarity with registration procedures, revenue records, and statutory approvals.
Excellent analytical, documentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
