Prior experience is not mandatory, as complete process training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities>>
Work on US-based recovery database processes.
Accurately manage and update records in internal systems.
Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks.
Learn and adapt quickly to current workflows and process updates.
Ensure timely completion of daily targets.
Requirements>>
Graduate in any discipline.
Comfortable working in the Night Shift (US Shift).
Decent spoken English with confidence in communication.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
Good attention to detail and willingness to follow standard operating procedures.
