Project Manager

9+ years of experience mandate

Preferably Gurugram, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai.

9:00 AM 5:30 PM (IST) / 12:30 PM 9:00 PM (IST)

Cab facility available for 9:00 PM log-off. For other shift timings, bus transportation will be provided from the nearest TCS Nodal Point for pick-up and drop.

Project Managers (PM)

Leads end-to-end project planning, milestones, dependencies, and resources

Oversees requirements, tracks changes, ensures alignment with objectives

Owns risk and issue registers, drives resolution and mitigation

Leads communications to all levels (exec, sponsor, team); clear reporting

Manages project budgets, tracks spend, forecasts

Ensures governance forums run effectively, accountable for project status

Facilitates steering, working groups, and decision meetings

Resolves project-level blockers and adapts approach based on data

Solid experience working with the business in a Transformation Role





Solid delivery experience in delivering Digital Journeys

At least 5 years experience in Agile delivery

Strong Retail Banking ,

Exposure in working on large Global engagements leading/supporting E2E delivery

Exceptional Communication Skills

Solid Stakeholder Management and Influencing Skills

Exposure in working with multiple delivery partners Business, Operations, IT, Risk Compliance

Years of experience- 9+

Skills: BFS : Risk Management~Digital : Risk Regulatory Compliance Analytics
