Inspection of FG product (Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on outbound materials)
Rejection (Daily assembly rejection booking, rejection analysis, rejection send back to supplier)
Analysis of customer rejection/online rejection
Inspection of trial parts (Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections)

Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of inspections, including testing reports, defect logs, rejection report, and corrective actions taken
Ensure all production processes adhere to company, industry, and safety regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).

System:

Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and measuring devices
Incoming Inspection plan, FG inspection plan and all quality control
SAP knowledge

Required Skills:
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in identifying defects.
Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
Measurement Tools: Proficiency in using tools like vernier callipers, micrometres, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
