About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager to lead software development projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience managing Agile projects, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring successful project execution. The role involves working closely with clients from GCC, Africa and Europe, making strong English communication and stakeholder management essential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple software development projects from planning to delivery.
Gather and analyze client requirements and convert them into transparent project deliverables.
Conduct daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans.
Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, risks,



and change requests.
Manage project backlogs and prioritize tasks in collaboration with stakeholders.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and clients.
Drive continuous process improvements and Agile best practices.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Project Coordinator.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
Experience conducting: Daily Stand-up Meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Grooming
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
