Requirements
B.Tech/B.E
7–10 years of experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of Production Planning, GMP, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, and Team Management.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end production operations.
Achieve production targets.
Improve productivity and minimise wastage.
Ensure food safety and quality compliance.
Lead production teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
