Requirements and Qualifications:
BE/ Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical.
Experience: 12 to 15 years.
Knowledge of electrical / mechanical assembly line production processes and best practices.
Familiarity with VFD, PLC, HMI, and related software.
Ability to plan and execute production schedules effectively.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production plans for theassembly shop and control panel section.
Ensure timely execution of production schedules to meet customer and business requirements.
Supervise assembly shop operations and ensure smooth workflow
Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production
Guide the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, and control panels.
Coordinate with design, quality, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
