Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinating with customer on daily basis for their requierments and planning production accordingly
Must have understanding of line balancing and planning according to capacities for 100 % customer fulfilment
Must have experience of handling manpower for increased efficiency and more productivity
Must have leadership skills and ability to communicate clearly and precisely
Must be able to calculate raw material required from BOM or specifications
Must have understanding of corrugation and packaging feild
Working Hrs : 12 hrs ( 1 shift only ) / Thursday Weekly Off PF, ESI mandatory by company.
