Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and learning needs.
Provide individual and group counselling to students experiencing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges.
Develop intervention plans to support students with academic, emotional, and mental health concerns.
Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive classroom strategies and behavior management plans.
Work closely with parents to provide guidance on students' emotional and developmental needs.
Identify students requiring specialized support and coordinate referrals to external specialists when necessary.
Support crisis intervention and student well-being initiatives.
Conduct workshops for students, parents, and staff on topics such as mental health, stress management, emotional intelligence,
bullying prevention, and resilience.
Maintain confidential records of assessments, counselling sessions, and interventions.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), where applicable.
Qualification
M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Educational, or Child Psychology).
Additional qualification or certification in Child Psychology or School Psychology is preferred.
RCI registration is desirable for candidates working with students requiring special educational support.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
