Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), kunnamangalam , Wayanad Rd Near IIM , Kerala

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Schedule site visits and follow up with prospective customers.

Update lead status in the CRM on a daily basis.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain customer records and prepare daily/weekly lead reports.

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to site visit.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer support (real estate experience preferred).

Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
