Production Manager – Metal Forming Division

Eros Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Production Manager to independently manage its metal forming and roll forming operations.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve daily and monthly production targets as per installed plant capacity.
Independently manage roll forming machines, operators and production shifts.
Plan production, manpower deployment and machine loading.
Handle machine setting, roller alignment, tooling changeovers and troubleshooting.
Improve machine utilisation and reduce downtime, rejection, scrap and rework.
Ensure product quality as per drawings and customer specifications.
Control raw material consumption and monitor planned versus actual yield.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Stores and Dispatch teams.
Maintain production reports and conduct daily performance reviews.




Implement safety, 5S and continuous-improvement practices.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in roll forming machine operations.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
Robust knowledge of roll forming machine setting, tooling and process control.
Experience in independently achieving production targets.
Ability to manage manpower, quality, productivity and plant capacity utilisation.
Candidates from solar structures, cold-formed sections, PEB, cable trays or sheet-metal industries will be preferred.

Candidates without relevant roll forming experience should not apply.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
