We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer with prior HR or recruitment experience to manage student placements and build solid relationships with employers. The ideal candidate will coordinate placement activities, connect with hiring organisations, and support students in securing suitable career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruitment partners.
Coordinate campus interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
Source job opportunities for students through employer networking.
Match student profiles with suitable job openings.
Guide students on resume preparation and interview readiness.
Coordinate with employers regarding interview schedules and hiring requirements.
Maintain placement records, employer databases, and placement reports.
Follow up with employers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with internal departments to achieve placement targets.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or placement coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
Ability to work independently and achieve placement goals.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in educational institutions, training institutes, or consultancy recruitment.
Existing employer network will be an added advantage.
