Job Summary

Open Arms Child Development and Counselling Centre is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently. Since the role involves interacting with parents, children, and specialists, fluency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
Maintain patient records and update appointment details.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with therapists and other departments regarding appointments and schedules.
Handle billing, receipts, and basic administrative tasks.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Management.

Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).
Fluency in English is Mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive is preferred; however, fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
