Role & responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution
Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand.
Ensure production targets are achieved within quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Monitor production efficiency and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Coordinate with Production Planning (PPC) to ensure smooth material flow and production continuity.
Optimize production capacity and resource utilization.

Team Management
Lead and supervise production supervisors, engineers, and operators.
Allocate manpower effectively based on production plans.
Conduct training and skill development programs.
Evaluate employee performance and maintain discipline.
Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Process Improvement




Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify improvement prospects.
Reduce production costs through process optimization.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in the mobile phone manufacturing industry.
Experience managing high-volume production lines.
Experience with EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) companies is preferred.
Experience handling production teams of 100+ employees is an advantage.
