Placement Officer – Voice of Needy Foundation (VNF) Location: Hesaraghatta / Mahalakshmi Layout, Bengaluru Job Type: Full time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience) About VNFVoice of Needy Foundation (VNF) is a registered NGO working to empower Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through skill development, employment, livelihood, and community development programs across Karnataka. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop partnerships with companies for placement opportunities. Achieve monthly placement targets for trained candidates.

Conduct employer visits and build long-term corporate relationships. Organize interviews, placement drives, and job fairs. Coordinate candidate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities. Prepare candidates for interviews and workplace readiness.

Track placed candidates and ensure job retention. Maintain employer database, placement MIS, and monthly reports.



Coordinate with trainers and mobilizers for candidate readiness. Promote inclusive employment opportunities for Persons with Disabilities.

EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (MSW/MBA HR preferred). 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, placement, or the NGO sector. Good communication skills in Kannada and English. Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.

Willing to travel for employer meetings and placement activities. Monthly KPIs20–25 successful placements. 10 employer visits. 5 new employer partnerships. 80% interview attendance. 70% candidate retention after placement. Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.
