Role Description

This is a full time, in office Public Relations Intern role based in Chandigarh. The intern will assist in drafting press releases, building media relations, and supporting strategic communication efforts.

Key responsibilities will include coordinating PR campaigns, managing communication platforms, and ensuring consistent messaging across various mediums. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining robust media contacts. Qualifications

Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.

Support the development and execution of public relations campaigns and communication strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

Conduct media research, monitor coverage, and prepare media reports and PR performance summaries.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.





Assist in managing communication platforms, including email outreach, media databases, and social media coordination.

Help organize press conferences, interviews, events, and promotional activities.

Track current industry trends, competitor activities, and media opportunities to support PR initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of media contacts, campaign activities, and communication materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, business development, and creative teams for integrated campaigns.

Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day PR activities.

Stay updated with emerging PR tools, digital communication trends, and media practices.

Location: Chandigarh (On-site)
