Manpower planning

· Support yearly manpower planning of TV Unit, CWH, Spare division, Gas stove Unit, QC and R &D;

· Need analysis on Manpower requirement with department Heads and check with alternative options.

· Source candidates and send to HO for finalization.

On boarding

· Plan and execute on boarding of selected candidates for the Ernakulam Offices

· Coordinate their appointment letter and initial documentations.

· Arrange training programs.

· Hand over to department Manager after initial training

Attendance Management

· Monitor all on roll and off roll employee’s attendance of TV Unit, CWH, Spare division, Gas stove Unit, QC and R &D; and sent to HO

· Inform up normal leaves and discuss corrective with HO team.

· Manage leave-related issues of employees.

Payroll - off roll Employees

· Coordinate and prepare off roll and contract employee payroll of TV Unit, CWH, Spare division, Gas stove Unit, QC and R &D;

· Prepare all OT and deduction related reports to HO

Statutory





· Coordinate Labour registration and its updation of Ernakulam area Offices

· Coordinate PF ESI issues of employees

Exit interview and suppuration f&f; settlement

· Coordinate full and final settlement cases of Ernakulam area TV Unit, CWH, Spare division, Gas stove Unit, QC and R &D;

Admin Related

· Coordination of all Meeting conducted in Ernakulam area (venue, food, Accommodation…etc)

· Seating arrangement in coordination with HO admin team

· Proper arrangements for guests if any visit planned.

· Hotel bookings in coordination with HO admin teams

· Maintenance of all infrastructure and machines in Ernakulam area

· Coordination of admin related panchayath/Municipal licenses

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
