Act as the clinical and coding interface between our AI models and real-world outcomes. In this vital role, you will:
Audit and validate ML-generated CPT and ICD code predictions, identifying and correcting discrepancies
Provide coding insights and annotations to guide model training and continuous performance tuning
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve model outputs, rule sets, and exception logic
Review medical notes, encounter documentation, and clinical language to ensure coding aligns with payer rules and E/M guidelines

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in U.S. medical coding, with robust expertise in outpatient E/M services
AAPC or AHIMA certification required (e.g., CPC)
Experience with AI/ML-supported platforms or auditing automated coding systems a robust plus
Familiarity with CMS guidelines, HCC coding, and multi-specialty documentation
Robust attention to detail and ability to communicate coding logic clearly
