Required Skills

10+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering, with experience leading QA teams.

Robust experience in Retail POS / mPOS domain.

Hands-on experience with Windows-based application testing and its Automation.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

Robust automation experience using: Playwright + JavaScript

WinAppDriver

Appium +Java

Experience in API and integration testing and its automation.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps/Jira, and CI/CD.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test automation, improve engineering productivity, and drive up-to-date Quality Engineering practices.

Preferred

Experience with retail peripherals (barcode scanners, receipt printers, payment terminals, cash drawers).

Experience with performance and non-functional testing.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
