Pest Control Manager 1. Plan, implement, and monitor comprehensive pest control programmes across the resort, villas, restaurants, kitchens, spa, and back-of-house areas.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and statutory regulations, maintaining pest-free operations at all times.
Conduct regular inspections, identify infestation risks, and implement preventive and corrective pest management measures.
Coordinate with approved pest control vendors, monitor service quality, maintain treatment schedules, and verify service reports.
Maintain accurate pest control records, trend analysis, audit documentation, and ensure readiness for internal and external inspections.
Train and educate employees on pest prevention practices, sanitation standards, and reporting procedures to minimise pest-related risks.
Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B;, and Hygiene teams to uphold ultra-luxury hospitality standards and deliver a secure, hygienic, and exceptional guest experience.
