Role Description The Payroll and Billing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll and billing operations. This role involves processing payroll for employees, calculating wages, deductions, and garnishments, and managing payroll taxes in compliance with local regulations.

The specialist will coordinate with internal teams and external payroll service providers, maintain payroll records,



and address payroll-related inquiries. In addition, the role includes preparing, reviewing, and issuing client invoices, reconciling billing data, and supporting month-end and year-end financial processes. The specialist will contribute to process improvements, ensure data integrity, and support audits and reporting as needed.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration.
Candidates should possess experience managing Payroll Taxes and working with Payroll Services.
Candidates should possess knowledge of handling Garnishments and related statutory deductions.
Relevant experience in billing operations, invoicing, and reconciliation is beneficial.
Proficiency with payroll and accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and data management tools is preferred.
Robust attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage confidential information is required.
Effective communication, time management, and collaboration skills are essential.
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience, is desirable.
