Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (HR, Commerce, or related field)
Job Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Bonus, and Maternity Advantages.
Prepare and maintain muster rolls, wage registers, and other payroll records.
Generate and submit PF & ESIC challans and statutory returns.
Maintain records under the Contract Labour Act.
Prepare salary and overtime using payroll software.
Update employee payroll information, including bank and tax details.
Verify attendance and timesheets for payroll processing.
Ensure payroll deductions and tax calculations are accurate.
Resolve employee queries related to salary,
PF, ESIC, and payroll.
Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidentiality.
Work efficiently using MS Excel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and payroll processing.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to manage time, multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
