Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Consultant to manage end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate should possess robust knowledge of payroll processing, taxation, labor laws, and HRIS/payroll software.

Key Responsibilities

· Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.

· Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.

· Calculate salaries, bonuses, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.

· Prepare payroll reports, MIS reports, and reconciliation statements.

· Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll-related activities.

· Handle employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, and payslips.





· Generate salary slips, Form 16, and other payroll-related documents.

· Maintain employee payroll records with confidentiality.

· Support payroll audits and statutory inspections.

· Ensure timely filing of payroll-related statutory returns.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.

· Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP, GreytHR, Zoho Payroll or similar HRMS.

· Knowledge of Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT and labor laws.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and Office.

· Robust analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR or related field.

· MBA/PGDM in HR or Finance preferred.

· Payroll certification is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,619.12 - ₹53,596.93 per month
