Role Description The Procurement Executive role at Lintcloud is a full-time, in office position based in Radhapuram. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing processes, including vendor identification, quotation comparison, and preparation of purchase orders.
The Procurement
Executive will maintain accurate procurement records, track order status, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfill material and service requirements. This position also entails evaluating supplier performance,
negotiating prices and terms, ensuring timely delivery, and assisting in optimizing procurement costs and quality. Regular communication with vendors and stakeholders is required to resolve issues and support smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of purchasing processes, including purchase orders and purchase management.
Demonstrated analytical skills for cost comparison, data review, and supplier performance evaluation.
Effective communication skills for working with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or related operations roles is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Radhapuram and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using spreadsheets or procurement/ERP tools to track orders and inventory.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
