Key Responsibilities - Quantity Surveyor - Architectural
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from architectural drawings and BIM models.
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope requirements.
Perform quantity surveying activities for Building, Infrastructure, Power Plant, Substation, and Transmission Line projects.
Identify scope gaps, design discrepancies, variations, and value engineering opportunities.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and tendering teams during pre-bid stages.
Verify quantities using AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and quantity take-off software.
Ensure compliance with international measurement standards and project requirements.
Prepare quantity reports and support cost estimation activities.
