Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
Manage end-to-end procurement for workplace interior projects, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations, purchase order management, and contract administration.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliable delivery.
Collaborate with Design, Estimation, Project Management, and Finance teams during budgeting, value engineering, and project execution phases.
Lead commercial negotiations and secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
Monitor procurement schedules and proactively address supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality, service, and cost management.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations, and governance standards.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
5–7 years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 4 years in workplace interiors, commercial fit-outs, design & build, or construction-related industries.
Solid understanding of interior materials, subcontracting packages, procurement planning, and commercial management.
Proven experience in vendor development, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining quality and cost objectives.

Preferred Experience
Experience working with workplace interiors, corporate office fit-outs, design-build firms, or turnkey interior contracting organizations.
Established supplier and subcontractor network within the interiors and construction ecosystem.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
