Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure construction projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Analyse project drawings and specifications to determine material and labour requirements.
Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts.
Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Review and certify contractor invoices and payment claims.
Manage project variations, claims, and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers.
Identify cost-saving prospects without compromising quality.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
Familiarity with local building regulations and standards.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
