Role & responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed EPC project schedules using Primavera P6.
Establish project baselines, define critical paths, and monitor schedule performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct schedule risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize project delays.
Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis to monitor project performance and forecast schedule outcomes.
Track engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning activities against approved schedules.
Prepare recovery plans, catch-up schedules, and revised project timelines whenever required.
Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Logistics, and Site teams to ensure alignment with project milestones.
Lead weekly and monthly planning review meetings with internal stakeholders, clients, and project management teams.
Identify, analyze, and report schedule-related risks and recommend corrective actions.
Support contract administration through forensic delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and schedule impact assessments.




Develop and maintain KPI-based project progress monitoring dashboards and reporting systems.
Prepare periodic planning reports, look-ahead schedules, and management presentations.
Ensure compliance with contractual planning requirements, project procedures, and company standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Expert proficiency in Primavera P6.
Robust knowledge of Project Planning and Project Controls.
Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
Schedule risk analysis and mitigation.
Forensic delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) support.
KPI-based project progress monitoring and reporting.
Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
Robust understanding of the Solar EPC project lifecycle.
Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
PMP Certification and/or Primavera P6 Skilled Certification is preferred.
Experience in planning and scheduling utility-scale Solar EPC projects is highly desirable.
