The Project & Business Development Executive will oversee and manage key project and business development activities. The role requires a proactive individual to handle tasks such as data entry, certificate printing, web portal help desk support, customer service, lead generation, business development, client meetings, and achieving set targets. This position also includes daily reporting, coordination with the head office, and management of project-related assets and consumables.

Perform accurate data entry and certificate printing.

Manage web portal help desk and address customer inquiries.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Drive lead generation and identify recent business prospects.

Conduct business development activities and attend client meetings.

Consistently meet or exceed targets and goals.

Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and business activities.

Handle assets and consumables management for projects.

Coordinate with the head office on a daily basis for project alignment and updates.
