Role & responsibilities
Good knowledge of gear making processes end to end
Must be having valuable exposure planning and scheduling and hand on experience of using various softwares used for production scheduling.
Ability to develop current program , must be good in using advance level of MS Excel.
Preferred candidate profile Experience 5 to 6 years in Gear manufacturing unit ( Preferred from
OEM)
Candidate who is aware about Hobbing, Shaving, Shaping, HT, Grinding, VMC, Gear grinding operations & its machine planning techniques, OEE analysis, OTIF, Inventory management, SAP & positive knowledge of Excel.
Minimum of 60% across all academic (10th, 12th, and graduation)
Max 30% Hike on current ctc
