Key Responsibilities:
1. SOP Ownership
• Create, update and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality, hygiene, storage, traceability and dispatch, and ensure implementation on shop floor.
1. Process & Deviation Tracking
• Monitor critical quality parameters during production and record deviations, corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA).
1. ZED / Exports System Readiness
• Maintain documentation and records aligned with ZED / ISO / audit requirements and support exports system assessments.
1. Raw Material & Yield Control
• Track raw material quality, process loss and rejection trends and report improvement prospects to management.
1. Basic Energy & Waste Reporting
• Record basic data on water usage, rework, wastage and quality-related losses for internal review.
1. Client / Inspection Support
• Support inspections, customer audits and third-party visits with quality and compliance documentation.
1. Discipline on Shop Floor
• Enforce hygiene, GMP, documentation discipline and batch traceability across shifts.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
