Role & responsibilities
Only candidates with prior Production experience in LED Lighting Manufacturing Industry are eligible to apply.
Oversee Batten & LED Bulb department, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving departmental goals and targets.
Manage the end-to-end production process, including planning, manufacturing, and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure productive product development, testing, and launch processes.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department, identifying prospects to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing technical expertise, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain as per SOP LOB, Productivity, Rejection, UPPH, UPH, etc.
