Job Title: Production Supervisor – Assembly Line

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee the assembly line operations in our toy manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in production or assembly line supervision and be capable of managing manpower, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day assembly line operations to ensure smooth production.
Monitor production schedules and ensure daily output targets are achieved.
Manage and guide assembly line workers to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and company SOPs throughout the production process.
Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations.
Maintain production reports, attendance records, and shift documentation.




Ensure compliance with workplace safety and housekeeping standards (5S).
Train new operators and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
6 months to 2 years of experience in production, assembly line operations, or manufacturing supervision.
Experience in a toy, plastic, FMCG, electronics, or consumer goods manufacturing workplace is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Basic understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety practices.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
