Position: B2B Sales Executive / Manager – Specialty Minerals

Job Purpose

Support the Purchase / Procurement team in end-to-end purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, consumables, and other operational requirements, ensuring timely availability at optimum cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in raising Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders as per approved requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Maintain updated records of purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and vendor communications.
Track inventory levels and support in material planning to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams for smooth material flow and documentation.




Verify invoices against POs and GRNs; resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
Maintain vendor database and support vendor evaluation / rate contracts.
Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures.
Handle basic documentation, filing, and MIS reports related to purchases.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate (any stream); preference for candidates with Commerce / Science background.
1–4 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Store coordination (preferably in Manufacturing, Chemicals, Minerals, or similar industry).
Basic knowledge of purchase processes, inventory, and vendor management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to ERP systems (preferred).
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
