We are looking for a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to test our in-house SaaS products, including HRMS, CRM, LMS, and ERP applications, across Web and Mobile platforms. But not restricted to these , client custom applications as well

Key Responsibilities
Perform manual and automation testing for Web and Mobile applications.
Create and execute test cases, regression suites, and automation scripts.
Identify, report, and track defects through resolution.
Collaborate with Product, BA, Developers, and Architects to ensure high-quality releases.
Participate in functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing.

Required Skills
45 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
Hands-on experience testing Web and Mobile applications.




Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar.
Good understanding of API testing, SQL, and defect management tools.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
Experience testing AI/ML-powered applications.
Knowledge of LLM testing, hallucination detection, response accuracy, prompt validation, and AI model evaluation.
