About the Role

We are looking for a energetic Presales Consultant / Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Clients to understand business problems, design solution approaches, prepare proposals, and support the complete presales lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and analytical skills with exposure to enterprise software, preferably in Banking & Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in client discovery meetings and requirement gathering sessions.

Understand business challenges and translate them into solution requirements.

Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.

Support client workshops, presentations, and solution discussions.

Prepare proposals, SOWs, BRDs, FRDs, solution documents, capability decks, business cases, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.

Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Delivery, QA, and Operations teams.

Support bid management, effort estimation, and presales activities.
