Supervise daily production operations and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
Allocate manpower, machines, and materials efficiently.
Monitor production output, productivity, and machine utilization.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift management of production employees.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with the Maintenance team for timely repairs.
Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE usage, and statutory regulations.
Analyze production losses, downtime, and rejection, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and manpower records.
Train and guide operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
