Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow for a Plant Machinery professional responsible for the productive operation, maintenance, and safety of construction and infrastructure equipment. The role includes overseeing daily inspections, preventive maintenance schedules, and repair activities for machinery such as batching plants, crushers, earthmoving equipment, and other project-specific assets.

The Plant

Machinery professional will coordinate with project and site teams to ensure equipment availability, minimize downtime, and support timely project execution.





Responsibilities also include maintaining maintenance records, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, managing spare parts and vendors, and assisting in machinery deployment planning across various project sites.

Qualifications Solid knowledge of plant and construction machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Experience in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for infrastructure or construction equipment.

Understanding of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and IMS/ISO standards related to machinery and site operations.

Ability to coordinate with project, procurement, and vendor teams for equipment scheduling, repairs, and spare parts management.

Strong record-keeping skills for maintenance logs, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.

Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects will be an advantage.

Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced project environment.
