About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to handle both real estate project inquiries and platform subscription sales. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining project details, promoting subscription plans for our real estate marketplaces (Farmland Bazaar, Plot Bazaar), and scheduling site visits for ongoing real estate projects.

You will play a key role in driving conversions, nurturing leads and building long-term client relationships through effective communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities





Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects and platform subscription plans

Explain property/project details, pricing, and investment advantages to interested buyers

Present and sell subscription packages for real estate marketplaces (Farmland Bazaar, Plot Bazaar) and media platform (The Realty Today)

Handle inbound inquiries from campaigns, websites, and digital channels

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems

Schedule and coordinate site visits with the real estate sales team

Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversion and client satisfaction

Achieve monthly targets for both project-based sales and subscription sales

Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, brokers, and developers
