JOB ROLE:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co-ordinator to support the successful execution of projects across our manufacturing operations. The role involves vendor coordination, project documentation, stakeholder follow-ups, preparation of reports, and assisting in in office execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Coordinate with vendors across multiple project sites to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation including reports, schedules, and compliance records.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Minutes of Meetings, Project Reports, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports, and Gantt Charts for project tracking and management reviews.
Conduct timely follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
Assist in project execution activities at the site level, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
Support project managers in monitoring budgets, resource allocation,



and project milestones.
Maintain effective communication channels to ensure alignment between vendors, site teams, and management.
Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams as required.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Familiarity with software tools such as MS Project, Excel, and other project management applications.
Robust skills in preparing presentations, project documentation, and structured progress reports.
Solid organizational and documentation management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
