We work with industrial clients across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and J&K; on turnkey HVAC and industrial equipment projects.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Female Executive to prepare client quotations, cost estimates, and commercial documentation for our sales team. This role suits candidates from Sales Coordination, Purchase/Procurement, Export Documentation, or Back Office backgrounds who are confident with Excel and numbers quotation format training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and format quotations based on inputs from the sales/technical team
Calculate costing, margins, and pricing using Excel templates
Maintain quotation trackers and follow up on pending client documentation
Coordinate with sales executives for accurate technical/commercial inputs
Handle client questionnaires and proposal documents (Heat Recovery Units, Chillers, Heat Pumps)
Maintain organized records of quotations, revisions, and client communication
Requirements:
Graduate (B.Com/BBA/any stream); background in Sales Coordination, Purchase, EXIM Documentation, or Back Office preferred
Robust working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas) and MS Word
Valuable attention to detail and comfort working with numbers/pricing
Transparent written communication for client-facing documents
Prior quotation/costing experience is a plus, not mandatory
