About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Campus Recruiter to drive our campus hiring initiatives across Kochi and nearby regions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campus recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build solid relationships with colleges and universities.

Although this is a remote role, the candidate must be based in Kochi and be willing to travel extensively for campus drives, college engagements, job fairs, and other recruitment events.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment activities across colleges and universities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with Placement Officers, Training & Placement Cells, and college stakeholders.
Coordinate campus drives, hiring events, pre-placement talks, webinars, and engagement activities.
Source, screen, and manage graduate hiring pipelines.




Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
Track hiring metrics, campus pipeline, conversion ratios, and hiring dashboards.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Represent the organization during campus events and employer branding initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding.
Identify current colleges and alternate talent channels to expand the campus hiring network.

Mandatory Requirements
Must currently reside in Kochi, Kerala.
Must be fluent in Malayalam and English (both spoken and written).
Comfortable traveling frequently within Kochi and nearby locations for campus engagements.
Willing to travel as per business requirements.
