We are looking for a Production Planner & Supervisor who can take complete ownership of production planning and factory floor execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan daily, weekly and monthly production to achieve dispatch targets.

Prepare line-wise and tailor-wise production plans.

Monitor and improve tailor productivity and efficiency.

Ensure smooth workflow from cutting to stitching, finishing, quality control and packing.

Coordinate with stores for fabric, trims, accessories and armour availability.

Balance workloads across production lines to avoid bottlenecks.

Track WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure timely completion of orders.

Coordinate with outsourcing units whenever required.

Work closely with the merchandising, purchase and dispatch teams.

Maintain production reports and MIS.

Drive quality, discipline and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
