Job Summary The Plant Manager is responsible for overall management of the transformer manufacturing facility, ensuring secure, effective, high-quality and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Stores, Procurement and EHS.
Achieve production, quality, cost and delivery targets.
Drive lean manufacturing, TPM, 5S and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with ISO, BIS, statutory and safety requirements.
Develop teams and monitor KPIs.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
12 TO 18 years of transformer manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in plant leadership.
