Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production as per the production schedule.
Supervise moulding machine operators and helpers.
Ensure optimum machine utilization and maximum production efficiency.
Monitor cycle time, rejection percentage, and machine productivity.
Coordinate with the Tool Room for mould changes and maintenance.
Ensure first-piece approval before starting production.
Maintain product quality as per approved specifications.
Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
Coordinate with the Quality team for in-process inspections.
Coordinate with the Maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Maintain production records, machine-wise output, rejection reports, and downtime reports.
Ensure availability of raw materials before production starts.
Implement and maintain 5S, GMP, and safety standards in the production area.
Train operators on SOPs, work instructions, and safety practices.
Improve production efficiency through continuous process improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
