Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment within a consulting firm.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches.
