We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our growing team. If you have experience handling recruitment for MNC clients and thrive in a structured, process-driven remote work environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for MNC client requirements.
Understand client expectations and deliver quality talent within timelines.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and databases.
Handle hiring across mid to senior and leadership positions.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers,



reports and ensure compliance with defined processes in a remote work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with a recruitment consultancy.
Proven experience in hiring for MNC clients across multiple functions.
Strong understanding of MNC hiring practices and stakeholder management.
Experience in leadership hiring is preferred.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
Self-disciplined, process-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
You should have your own phone, laptop and internet connection.
